In the "Voice AI Agent" field, this means that the AI agents' response is played on the calling device within one second of recognizing the voice command. The new version of Google Dialogflow offers sub-second responses, which is excellent for maintaining a fluid conversation with agents.
The ARI app has very low resource consumption; we have tested up to 10 simultaneous calls, but it is possible to make 50 without problems.
