1. Who we are

INFINITO CLOUD LLC ("we", "us", "INFINITO CLOUD") is a Limited Liability Company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, with mailing address 175 SW 7th St Suite 1517, Miami, FL 33130.

2. Data we collect

We collect three categories of data:

(a) Information you provide directly:

  • Name, email, company, and message when you submit a contact form or book a meeting through our calendar link.
  • Any information you share with us during sales conversations, proposals, or active engagements.

(b) Information collected automatically:

  • Cookies and analytics events via Google Analytics 4 (anonymized where supported).
  • Server access logs (IP address, timestamp, user agent, URL) for security and operational purposes. Logs are rotated after 90 days.

(c) Information from third parties:

  • Public business data (LinkedIn, company websites) used solely to personalize outreach.

We do NOT collect: payment-card data (processed by external gateways), biometrics, or special-category data (health, race, religion, etc.).

3. How we use your data

  • Respond to your inquiries.
  • Send proposals, contracts, and follow-up communications related to a potential or active engagement.
  • Improve our product and marketing based on aggregated usage patterns.
  • Comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, dispute resolution).

We do NOT use your data for: automated decision-making with legal effect, profiling for purposes other than commercial outreach we explicitly disclosed, or selling to third parties.

4. Third parties with whom we share data

We share limited data with the following service providers, all bound by data-processing agreements equivalent to or stricter than this Policy:

  • Google Analytics (anonymized analytics)
  • Amazon Web Services (email infrastructure, hosting)
  • RunPod (GPU hosting for demos only — no production client data)
  • Odoo (our CRM — self-hosted on AWS, no third-party access)

We do NOT sell personal data. We do NOT share data with advertisers.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (EU GDPR, UK GDPR, California CCPA, or similar), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Request portability of your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Object to or restrict processing.
  • Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent).
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Data retention

  • Prospect data (contact form submissions, calendar bookings without active engagement): 24 months from last interaction.
  • Active client data: for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years for accounting and tax compliance.
  • Server logs: 90 days.
  • Anonymized analytics: indefinite (no longer identifies you).

7. International data transfers

INFINITO CLOUD is a US entity, and our infrastructure providers (AWS, Google) operate globally. By using the services, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our providers operate. Where required, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

8. Voice data — special note

For deployments of Nemo-RT Pro on Client infrastructure, voice recordings and transcriptions remain entirely within the Client's environment. INFINITO CLOUD has no access to, storage of, or transmission of end-user voice data unless explicitly shared by the Client for support purposes.

This is by architectural design, not policy alone.

9. Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies for:

  • Session management (essential)
  • Google Analytics (with consent where required)
  • Language preference

You can manage cookie preferences in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may prevent the website from functioning correctly.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to active clients at least 30 days before the effective date and announced on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
